Refund Policy – Digital Products

ExtendSim products are supplied as digital content (software downloads and license keys) and are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are considered final except as required by applicable consumer law.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you would normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your prior express consent.

Digital Content Exemption (EU Compliance Statement)

By completing your purchase of ExtendSim software, you:

• Expressly consent to the immediate delivery (download and/or activation) of digital content.
• Acknowledge that the performance begins immediately.
• Understand and agree that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

This consent is obtained during the checkout process and confirmed in your order confirmation.

This approach is required under EU consumer law, which allows digital content to be exempt from the withdrawal right only when consent and acknowledgment are explicitly given before delivery begins.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided once:

• The software has been downloaded, accessed, or activated.
• An Activation Key has been issued and used.

Limited exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases such as:

• Duplicate purchases.
• Technical issues that prevent installation or activation and cannot be resolved by support.

This does not affect your statutory rights relating to defective or non-functional digital products.

Free Trial

ExtendSim Model Developer Editions include a free 30-day trial prior to purchase.
We strongly encourage customers to evaluate the software during the trial period before making a purchase.
