ExtendSim Individual, Floating, and Node-Locked licenses (ExtendSim Pro, DE, CP, and Analysis RunTime) require an annual Maintenance & Support Plan (MSP) to maintain support and upgrades for the software.

  • Click Maintenance & Support Plan Renewal to renew the MSP for Individual and Node-Locked licenses.
  • Floating license MSP is renewed directly through Andritz Inc. or your ExtendSim Distributor.
  • If you're using ExtendSim Student or your MSP has lapsed, access to the ExtendSim Support Team may be purchased by clicking Per-Incident Support.
